Read the information below . Then get a book graphic from your teacher and complete your book review.

1.  Write the name of your book at the top left of your book graphic.

2.  Write the name of the author underneath the title.

3.  On the right side of the graphic, write a few sentences that tell what the book is about.

4.  Now explain why you liked the book and why someone else should read it.
5.  Have a classmate proofread your book review and make corrections.

6.  Get your photo from your teacher.

7.  Remove the paper from the back of your photo to reveal the adhesive, then carefully place your photo on the bottom left side of your graphic leaving enough room beside the photo to write Reviewed by:

8.  Now write Reviewed by:   beside your photo and write your first and last name.

9.  Cut out the graphic and use colored pencils to color it.
